Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use cheats, automation, or exploits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or manipulate scores, leaderboards, or purchases.

Purchases

In-app purchases are final except as required by the app store's refund policy. Virtual items have no real-world value and are non-transferable.

Content & conduct

When social features are available, do not post unlawful, hateful, or harassing content, or share external links where prohibited. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MyProptimizer LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
