Who we are

Tapzi is operated by MyProptimizer LLC ("we"). Contact: support@myproptimizer.com.

What we collect

Without an account, your game progress (stages, stars, scores, streaks, vocabulary counts) is stored only on your device. If you sign in (Google, Apple, or email), we receive a basic account identifier (email, display name) via our authentication provider (Supabase) to save your progress in the cloud and operate game features.

We collect gameplay statistics (scores, words per minute, session counts) associated with your account to provide features and to analyze and improve the game. With your separate, optional consent we may send product and marketing emails; you can withdraw consent anytime in Settings.

Mobile apps

The iOS/Android apps may show optional rewarded ads (e.g., Google AdMob); ad providers may process device identifiers under their own policies. We do not show forced ads. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play — we do not receive or store payment card details.

Children

Tapzi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data deletion

You can delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete account, or request deletion at support@myproptimizer.com. We delete account data within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, authentication, ads as described).
